Camera Command Center

A MiniNUC appliance that turns household camera feeds into a persistent 3×3 HDMI wall and a fast phone-friendly dashboard.

Status: active home system with reboot-surviving services and an operational runbook.

RTSP, go2rtc and nginx configuration assembled as a maintainable appliance.

Local dashboard

A lightweight phone interface designed for immediate access on the home network.

The public write-up intentionally omits private camera addresses, credentials and household layout details.
